The Energy Park features more than 52 lots designed to suit your business needs. The secure park offers customizable spaces and integrated infrastructure for long and short-term lease, excellent amenities, and access to valuable oilfield supply partners.
The Park uses green technology to support infrastructure. Caribou Energy Park contains more than 200 acres of leasable space.
The park is owned by the Fort McKay First Nation.
With direct entry to Highway 63, Fort McKay Caribou Energy Park is the only industrial park in close proximity to Alberta’s northern oil and gas projects including CNRL’s Horizon project, Suncor’s Fort Hills project, Syncrude’s Mildred Lake Mine and many others.
